It's a bird, it's a plane... no, it's a wig
A year after the untimely death of Christopher Reeve, his wig has turned up on eBay. eBay via a seller in Blackpool, to be precise.
The syrup in question was worn by Reeve in Superman III, the rubbish one with Richard Pryor and Pamela Stephenson in it. Judging by the photos, the wig's had a bit of rough treatment over its 23 years – the slick black kiss-curl barnet of old now looks like a condemned brillo pad. This may be because of where it's been kept: well, you'd look a bit rough if you'd been hanging out at Planet Hollywood for two decades.
The item description reveals that the wig's original box (included in the sale) bears the name: "Clive Reeve".
