SpongeBob 'Flying-V' ukelele

Spongebob uke SpongeBob Squarepants has managed to win nearly as many adult fans as child devotees. That's why this SpongeBob ukelele is such a perfect purchase.

You see, if your kid wants to learn an instrument, then why not buy them this Flying V uke, which is not only cool, but reasonable on the pocket too. If they don't take to it, I'm sure you grown-ups won't mind taking it off their hands and learning some ace tunes on it.

Woody Guthrie signed and annotated book

Guthrie bookWoody Guthrie's influence on American music cannot be ever fully comprehended. You could argue he was the beginnings of Western Pop music. That's what makes this auction so incredible... and expensive.

"Offered here is a remarkable body of work, compiled by Guthrie over a period of many years, at least from 1947 to 1955 (the years of his handwritten entries), which provides incredible insight into his creative process. This volume was obviously an integral tool in Woody Guthrie's songwriting process. In addition to being unique and containing hundreds of handwritten notes and signatures by Guthrie, this work might be the single most historically significant Guthrie document in existence."

If you want to find out more, there's loads of info and photos on the auction itself or, if you have just shy of $150,000 to spare, click here. A staggering auction.

Go Star Trek bonkers with a Leonard Nimoy LP!

Leonard-Nimoy-Leonard-Nimoy-391159 The new Star Trek film has revived interest en masse for the cult sci-fi show. Of course, one of the best TV actors, Zackary Quinto, has taken the important role of Spock... but what of Leonard Nimoy?

Well, we shouldn't forget him... nor should we forget his infamous '60s musical output. What we have here is an album that compiles tracks originally issued on the Mr Spocks Music From Outer Space album from 1967 and 1968s Two Sides Of Leonard Nimoy housed in a unique colour picture sleeve. It's pretty darn rare this one, so get bidding now! Don't worry, it includes his 'Ballad of Bilbo Baggins' track...

Lady GaGa t-shirt

1048_2 Lady GaGa is pretty much taking over the entire world all by herself. Some suggest that she's the brightest, most exciting pop-star we've had since Madonna burst onto the scene in the '80s.

Of course, there isn't a Lady GaGa for sale on eBay, nor is the secret to her success... but there is this cool Lady GaGa tee, which features the 'Poker Face' singer's image. It's very cool and you'll look super sharp strutting in this.

Super rare Beatles' Fan Club record!

234445511_tpBack in the day, The Beatles used to send out fan-club records every Christmas, which were never made available to the shops. These of course, have become much sought after items.

Mostly, these items featured the Beatles mucking about and acting like The Goons, but this 1967 is widely considered to be the best, as it features surreal skits, as well as some insane psychedelic music. This record is offered in near mint condition and comes complete with original fan club newsletter. A rare mint example.

Brilliant accordion on eBay for beginners

0b8e_2The New Year always brings resolutions. Most of them are rubbish ones like 'Give up cake' and whatnot. Well, if you've chosen a cool one, like 'Learn an instrument', then why not go for this brilliant accordion.

This little number is a piano accordion (26 keys, 48 basses, 2 treble) would be perfect for a learner, as it's lightweight and not as expensive as the real deal (should you decide you can't be bothered or don't have the time).
